Santa Farma, which is among the most well-rooted and powerful domestic pharmaceutical companies in Turkey, continues to reinforce its position in R&D and production fields by means of new appointments. Uğur Çağlayan has lately been appointed as the Plant Director of Santa Farma. 

Who is Uğur Çağlayan?

Having graduated from Chemical Engineering Department at Boğaziçi University in 1996, Uğur Çağlayan received his M.Sc. degree from Yeditepe University. After beginning his professional career as a Process Engineer in Pulver Kimya in 1996, Çağlayan joined Pfizer Turkey in 2000 where he acted as the Production Manager, Senior Production Manager and Senior Technological Project Manager respectively. Uğur Çağlayan was the Senior Technological Project Manager at Pfizer Turkey before being appointed as the Plant Director of Santa Farma.
