We focus on change management and leadership under the Leadership Development Programme undertaken in cooperation with Koç University.” Having launched the ‘Transforming Women of Health’ project to support employment of women, Santa Farma Gamification, Marketing and Sales Technology and Business Analyst training to 100 young women in collaboration with Women in Technology Association. Trainees will be awarded a digital certificate along with internship and employment opportunity in healthcare industry at the end of the one-year training programme.
