Santa Farma is renewed its organizational structure in accordance with the export-oriented growth targets. Accordingly, they are created the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning and Operations and the current number of vice-presidents reached four. Vice President of Strategic Planning and Operations of Santa Farma, Dear Sami Kiresepi will be responsible for designing the company's future and also coordinating the Human Resources, Corporate Business Development and Directorate of Purchasing.

Therefore, Santa Farma crowns its breakthroughs in the area of Research and Development and production with its renewed organizational structure. The company decided to increase the current number of Vice Presidency as four by adding the position of "Vice President of Strategic Planning and Operations".

Sami Kiresepi was appointed as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Operation with renewed construction. Along with this development, Human Resources Directorate, Corporate Business Development Directorate and Purchasing Directorate will work dependent to the Sami Kiresepi. Vice President of Strategic Planning and Operations, Dear Sami Kiresepi will be responsible for designing the company's future in the light of existing and potential resources.

 

Who is Sami Kiresepi?

 

Sami Kresepi is the third generation manager of the Santa Farma. After finishing Fevziye Mektepleri Vakfı Ayazağa Işık High School, he completed his bachelor's degree studies in the American University Kogod School of Business. Sami Kiresepi has received MBA degree in branch of Business from Brandeis University International. Thereafter, he started his career in 2001 at Johnson & Johnson in the USA. Dear Kiresepi served here as Commercial Marketing Assistant, Vice Manager of Marketing and Product Manager and finally, he started to work Santa Farma since 2006. Sami Kiresepi worked as Product Manager, Regional Promotion Manager, Marketing Manager and Marketing Director at Santa Farma. Prior to his new assignment, he worked as Strategic Planning Director of the Company.
