First Graduates of Santa Farma Academy Leadership Faculty under Koç University Leadership Development Program
Santa Farma Academy satisfactorily completed the first 6 months’ Leadership Development Program which was conducted in collaboration with Koç University with a view to supporting leadership development of department managers.
The trainees received “Change Leadership”, “Powerful Stance and Reputation Management”, “Understanding and Empathic Leader”, “Art of Leadership”, “Game Changing Leadership” training under the online program. We are grateful to the Business Administration Institute of Koç University and its extraordinary teaching staff for their contributions to this program which proved to be a real asset thanks to extremely useful, rich and current contents and insightful practices.
