“Business Processes Management” Conference was organized by Pronto Event on May 24th 2016 at Limak Eurasia Luxury Hotel Kavacık with a widespread attendance from over 20 individual sectors. Senior executives of renown leading firms in their respective fields took the stand at a number of panels hosted during the course of conference in varying topics regarding business processes management, and shared their projects, applications and experiences with the audience.During the Conference’s second panel titled “End-to-End Efficient and Effective Management of Business Processes”, our Planning and Business Processes Director Akın Duman delivered a speech themed: “Change Management with Business Processes”. Akın Duman dwelled on the ways of corporate adaptation to the snowballing changes in the world of business that comes with ever-increasing speed, through efficient and effective business processes, and investigated the means of change management by sharing his experience with the attendees.
